The document sidebar is on the left side of the main window.
- The Overview Panel shows a miniature view of the whole of the current document
- The SQL Source View Panel displays the SQL source text of the database design.
Normally it appears on the left although it can be hidden if you prefer.
- The Diff Panel displays SQL instructions to change from one version of a document to another
- The Find Panel allows you to search the document for specific objects
- The Tree View Panel displays a hierarchical tree view of the document
- The Labels Panel allows you to edit and assign labels to objects
- The Status Log shows a list of recent actions for the document and allows you to view output files or action logs
Tip:
The Sidebar may be hidden by dragging or double clicking the Sidebar Divider Control.
SQLEditor can be configured to hide the Sidebar when creating a new document. If the sidebar is hidden just double click on the divider control to open the sidebar.
