YES
SQLEditor v2.9.11 works on the release version of El Capitan
With version 2.9.8 there is a potential issue which may cause SQLEditor to crash if a preference setting is changed after a document is imported from a database and then closed.
This bug is fixed in SQLEditor 2.9.11 (52MB zip) which is available now
If you are using SQLEditor on 10.11 and find a problem please report it to us at support@malcolmhardie.com.
